Real Family Photos…

When Sara asked me to take her family photos, she had some ulterior motives.  She recently started a coaching practice for moms, and in addition to traditional family photos, she wanted some images she could use for her business.  So she orchestrated some, well, realistic scenarios for the camera.  I thought it was hilarious, and so did her boys.

Family Portraits on the Farm

Tim and Sara live on several acres outside of Beaverton, and we utilized their property for their portrait session.  What a beautiful setting for family photos!  The only thing we didn’t include were the chickens….

This Family Likes to Have Fun!

I love it when we get to capture the ‘flavor’ of a family in their family portrait session. In addition to some classic family portraits, we also let the kids goof around a bit and be themselves. And there was silly string for a finale! It’s a great portrait of a family that loves to laugh together.
