Emily and Josh: Abernethy Center Wedding Photography

Emily and Josh’s wedding took place at the beautiful Abernethy Center in Oregon City. Their ceremony was particularly touching because the newlyweds decided to incorporate Emily’s daughter into the ceremony by having her join them on stage for a symbolic sand pouring, after which the three of them came together in a warm hug. It was such a tender moment, and I could sense the ever-growing love between the three of them. There were definitely tears in the audience. I always enjoy it when I see couples include their children in their ceremonies because I sense that it really solidifies their family bond. After the ceremony, Emily and Josh and their daughter descended the church steps as a new family beaming with joy as guests blew bubbles and cheered.
