robin - oh thanks. it looks like you have one on location lighting coming up in june! and i see you have just completed teaching your on location portrait class… i might be able to do the lighting one. is there an actual syllabus for that course or is it a little less formal due to time limitations?

fritzphoto - Robin, I teach workshops at PNCA a couple times a year on location portraits. You should sign up and take one sometime!

donL - L – For me, the magic of what you did with these photos, and these people in particular, including the wedding, was that you really did capture the happiness these people have with each other, and the love between them, you can see it in the eyes… and the energy of the joy, and joy of the energy, they have. That’s a great photographer and it was actually quite moving to see that, in them, in these pics for that reason. Keep up the great work. DL.

Sophie Loves Leaves

How’s this for a Fall Faerie? Sophie is the daughter of long-time (perhaps I should say, old?) friends Ben and Jessica. We photographed them in Laurelhurst Park with the lovely fall colors.
